The staff was wonderful and informative. It was beautiful, wonderful and with comfortable bed. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

Enjoyed our 1 night here. Exceptional service, although a few employees were particularly busy. The location was perfect in Lima area. Besides, it was right by many restaurants, electrical outlets for charging devices and the pizza restaurant...

The triple room with a balcony had all necessary amenities. Plus we had a microwave, a coffee machine and a seating area.

Excellent place for traveling to Lima and exploring local places. Nice building and rooms with a balcony. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Affable courteous staff, magnificent location in the Lima area. The pool area is heated too. Easy parking on-site. Such great stay, as always.

I was so actually surprised by how close the hotel was to the Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District and the Veterans Memorial Civic & Convention Center. The amenities were so much better than expected.

I liked the lobby and bar

I didn't like that the pool was out of service and that our room was nothing like advertised online it was dirty and because we reserved online we where told we could not get a refund

Very accommodating check in desk, indoor swimming pool, ping pong table, Foosball, bar that serves food so didn't have to leave the facility, breakfast in the morning.

very clean hotel, bed made every day and plenty of towels supplied. Breakfast in the morning was good also.

bed was too soft for me, but i coped with it.

We had a fantastic night at the hotel. The pool and game room kept the kids entertained all evening. Plus, the location is perfect, with several restaurants nearby like applebee's and texas roadhouse. The staff was super friendly and offered great service when we needed extra amenities. Definitely a standout stay!

The swimming pool - good size and temperature. It was a wonderful break from the interstate.

We loved our view from the balcony, service was excellent. the bar had great prices and great entertainment LOL.

on sunday morning wish the breakfast bar was open to 11:00. was awaken up at 2:00am, by a barking dog for 30 mins.

The indoor pool and game area provided lasting fun for the kids, and it was great being close to Indian Lake for some outdoor adventure. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

My kids wished for more breakfast options like scrambled eggs. While the room was spacious, the mattresses could have been more comfortable and supportive for our family needs.
